‎Reports reaching us from reliable source say the governorship candidate of the Alliance for Democracy (AD), Chief Olusola Oke has rushed to Bourdillon in Ikoyi Lagos, home of his financier and national leader of APC,  Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, to seek more fund to prosecute Ondo governorship election.

Oke was said to have sent the Director General of his campaign organization, Bola Ilori, an errand boy to Tinubu, who have been serving as an intermediary and the conduit pipe for channeling funds to the Oke campaign.

According to our sources in Bourdillon, jittery Ilori arrived the home of Tinubu at exactly 6:05pm seeking more funds. He was said to have told the national leader that the return of Eyitayo Jegede as the candidate of the PDP for Saturday's governorship election has changed their earlier permutation, hence delivering Ondo to savage the already battered image of the national leader, will be very difficult without additional fund.

Tinubu, according to our source was said to have initially resisted to add to the funds already provided to the Oke campaign team, he was however convinced by some of his close allies before ordering his aides to release billions of Naira to Ilori to enable them win Ondo at all cost, urging ilori to ensure he delivers and not put him to shame for the umpteenth time.‎
